[EXCLUSIVELY BY PENGUIN POTTERY!] - Penguin Pottery is delighted to introduce the world's first Glow in the Dark glaze for ceramics and pottery. This innovative glaze technology brings a magical touch to your crafting projects. Check out the video to see the magic in action - it's sure to inspire your creativity! Perfect for Halloween, Christmas, and special occasions, this glowing pottery will leave a lasting impression.
[EASY TO USE] - Our glow in the dark glaze is super simple to apply. Paint it onto greenware, bisqueware, or already-glazed workpieces. After applying, ensure your kiln is set to fast cone 06 for firing. Overfiring may diminish the glow. The glaze may settle at the bottom of the jar, so stir well before each use. While the glow glaze doesn't have a glossy finish, this is normal. For a glossy finish, apply our low-fire clear glaze (sold separately) over the top and re-fire at cone 06.
[FIRE IN POTTERY KILN] - Cooking this glaze in a kitchen oven is strictly prohibited. Ceramic glazes are categorized by firing temperature into "low-fire," "mid-fire," and "high-fire." Ensure your pottery kiln is properly calibrated to the target temperature / cone. Our glow glaze is nontoxic but should not be used on surfaces intended for food contact, as it has not been tested for food safety.
[GET IT GLOWING!] - To activate the glowing effect, expose your fired glaze to UV light, daylight, or any other form of visible light. The fired glaze captures the light and slowly releases it over time, creating a mesmerizing luminescence in the dark. For maximum glow duration, exposure to light should be extended.
[LIFETIME WARRANTY] - All Penguin Pottery products come with a Lifetime Warranty. Should any issues arise, we offer a full refund or replacement with no questions asked. See the warranty and support section for more details.
Paint a design using underglaze over our glow glaze to enhance your work even more in the dark. Adding glow to high-fired pieces is straightforward; treat our Glow Glaze as a specialty third firing and apply it to finished work. Fire at cone 06 and enjoy the stunning glowing effect.
